of Compute4U's warranty for machines and license agreements applicable to Compute4U
machines. Please note this overview is provided for informational purposes only. Compute4U's obligations
regarding its machines warranties and licensing are as provided in the Compute4U Statement Of Limited
Warranty or the Compute4U agreement under which the machine was acquired. The statement of  limited
warranty (SOLW) has been revised to provide additional clarity on Customer Replaceable Unit (CRU)
warranty service strategy implementation of Tier 1 (mandatory CRUs) and Tier 2 (optional CRUs), an update
for machine code downloading and installation, and a change for customers in the European Union (EU) which
is included in the SOLW Western Europe definition. You are entitled to the warranty service as specified in the
statement of limited warranty that shipped with your product(s). For machines acquired in Western Europe you
are entitled to the specified warranty service anywhere in Western Europe, effective May 1st, 2004. Disclaimer
Compute4U warranty period and service levels which may change during the warranty period, vary by product
and country. Therefore, the information in this site may not apply to you. Your rights and Compute4U's
obligations regarding Compute4U machine warranties are governed solely by the Compute4U statement
of limited warranty that ships with your machine or the Compute4U agreement under which you acquired
